We had our first snowfall!! A beautiful snowy brisk day here in Ketchum. Too top it off, The American Planning Association honored Ketchum Main Street as one of America's "Greatest Streets". Ketchum was one of five cities to receive the award. The city of Ketchum will celebrate Thursday October 20th. The event starts at noon. At Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties every month our office program, Distinctive Angels, has picked a different non-profit group in the Wood River Valley to help out. Volunteering a minimum of 2 hours each, our staff and sales agents do everything from work ticket and information booths, to putting up shade tarps for the Animal Shelter, and clearing the weeds in the Advocates' shelter playground.
