Sale of Ketchum Java building closed Monday
Sale of the Java building on Fourth Street and Washington Avenue in Ketchum closed Monday. The building was listed at $930,000, but terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Sheila Liermann, an associate broker with Keller Williams Sun Valley, said the new owner plans to negotiate a long-term lease with Java to keep the business in place. She said she did not know of any plans to redevelop the property, but the building will likely need some maintenance.
“Java gets to stay and the sellers get to move on,” Liermann said Monday afternoon.
